Inspiring Mantras has attempted to create leadership programs for the leaders for tomorrow by taking leadership Lessons from the Kargil War. Captain Akhilesh Saxena, a Kargil war veteran who was part of the three offensive attacks in Kargil war will guide you through the journey. The real Kargil war strategies and stories work as a catalyst to bring Leadership Characteristic like – Empowering, Empathy, Risk-taking, Planning, resource management, Managing fear and leverage failure, Multiplier, Ownership, and Self-awareness in our participants.
Kargil War is the exemplary study where officers of the Indian Army led their troops in the most challenging terrain. When the temperature was -40, the enemy was on the top with guns aiming towards our soldiers, resources were limited, and the situation was uncertain. It all depends on how you lead your men, inspire and motivate them. How could they manage the victory in those difficult situations? From uncertainty to victory – Kargil war is a full study of leadership and management.
We need to take leadership lessons from these soldiers who display the qualities of discipline, brotherhood, earnestness, commitment and loyalty. They have that undying team spirit which is willing to find a solution to any problem.
Through our leadership programs and motivational sessions, we try to teach some of these leadership qualities to participants so that they can perform to the best of their ability and hidden potential. We intend to create a dedicated and passionate workforce to steer the company and the country toward success. We want everyone to think like our soldiers and develop a nation which no enemy can conquer.

Leadership Lessons from Kargil War
We customize our leadership and motivational sessions according to the need of the participants. Our all leadership sessions will revolve around Leadership Characteristic like – Empowering, Empathy, Risk-taking, Planning, Resource Management, Managing Fear and Leverage Failure, Multiplier, Ownership, and Self-awareness. 2-4-Day Inspirational Tour : Multiple Sessions
This leadership transformation program or Inspirational tour is designed to share the various dimension of Leadership that is different from how it is seen from the management perspective and corporate boardrooms.
There will be multiple sessions and each one is going to be equally enthusiastic and motivating. Additionally, the participants will be on a reflective and inspirational tour of two to four days.
These sessions are based on the combat leadership skills demonstrated by the leaders of the Indian Armed Forces as they lead troops into some of the most demanding military operations and Kargil war, in challenging circumstances. During the session, the participants are taken on a journey through the eyes of a Kargil war hero, who also held top various senior management positions in corporate with leading companies.
The experience is interactive, comparing with real situations, life lessons and motivating.

One Day Workshop
Uniquely tailored for top management and leadership teams, this interactive and dynamic sessions/workshop provides step-by-step guidance for identifying organisational challenges and learning to employ the necessary tools for achieving extraordinary goals.
At one point during the session, each participant is immersed into the shoes of a combat leader when he has to take decisions which will have a very high impact in highly volatile conditions. The audience learns about the principles of leadership which have been forged under the fire of live combat.
Captain Akhilesh Saxena guides participants through a series of exercises that explore team elements like trust, shared purpose, team building and collaboration.
