Testimonials Voices That Echo Change — Real Stories from Our Best Leadership Sessions & Keynote Experiences

Good Morning Captain Akhilesh Saxena! You do not know me but, like many others, I know you very well, especially after your presentation on 18th April to the Garware Family! You enthralled the audience with your humble and still very firm expression throughout! It was the greatest learning for all of us. I am personally responsible for Supply Chain Management ( Strategic Planning to the execution of the orders ) and our team faces a lot of controllable and uncontrollable issues day to day. Sometimes internal and many times external. But from 18th April, we have decided -We do not have the challenges. We only have the situation to work on!! Everything now is looking quite simple!!! Thank you so much, Captain and we are not only proud but grateful to you! With warm regards, Ketan Kulkarni,

Dear Captain Akhilesh Saxena, Please accept my heartfelt thanks for taking out time and conducting the session. It was indeed inspiring and set many of us thinking about how we approach our lives. You have managed to create such a positive impact on all of us . I am sharing with you some feedback that I got from the people who attended – It has been the most real and eye opener session for all of us as how can we transform ourselves by thinking from heart rather than only working from mind…… This session has been truly motivational. Having a person who first hand faced the war situation, right in the middle of us and presenting is a truly inspiring experience. Most of them did mention that you were so grounded and it was clearly visible how passionate you were on what you were speaking. Hope you had a comfortable flight home. Thanks again. Regards,

Dear Captain Akhilesh Saxena, Hope you had a good trip back home. I flew out soon after the offsite for meetings at Sweden. I was there all of last week and got back on Saturday. It was fun moving from -6 to 26 Degree temperatures 🙂 I write in to thank you formally for the wonderful session you conducted at our leadership offsite. As you could probably tell – it touched many lives and inspired a lot of reflections across leaders attending the forum. Do let me know when you visit Pune next. It would be a pleasure to take you around the factory and meet members of the Sustainability team. It would be our pleasure to host you for dinner. Thanks once again.

Dear SIR, I was delighted to attend your session on motivation. The first time, I have learned that mind is stronger than physical health. Soldiers are not stronger than us nor they came from different background still they can do wonders, just because of their determinations to achieve the goal. They are always ready to deliver their best whatever are the circumstances. Sir, I have decided to keep my mind positive and focused. I will give my best. If a soldier of my country can fight against all odds to protect our country. Then I can also give my best for the progress of my country. Thanks a lot for guiding me. Regards

Three words to describe my experience – Awesome, Amazing and Inspiring. Being a part of this course was a dream come true. Seeing our real heroes and understanding their challenges in rough terrain itself is a big learning. I was in my entire winter gear and looking for comfort but the soldiers were wearing only their uniform with a motto of serving our country. Well-disciplined and warm by their outlook. The dedications of our soldiers have defeated all the challenges ported by Mother Nature and surroundings. A real hero of Kargil War demonstrating and working with us to understand about the core value itself is commendable and beyond the words. Last but not the least, wishing Inspiring Mantra finest of couch for inspiring many other lives. Thank you so much for triggering a transformation in me.

Working with MMFSL for 12 yrs and prior to that with other organization, I have never been through such inspirational, thought-provoking and values-based leadership training. After interaction with the Army officer, I realized how tough the life is for Army men in the Kargil, but they never complained and deliver their best all the time, with passion and dedication.Trust is like fragrance of flower which attracts people around us. Learned importance of trust and will try to develop complete trust in my team. To spend time with Kargil War hero Capt. Akhilesh Saxena and to witness such stories full of valour, positive attitude and adhering to values even in very difficult times was inspirational. This was one of the best experiential learning for me, resonated with some of the strong threads of inner feeling and it will be everlasting in my heart, soul, and mind.

It was a lifetime experience and learning which cannot find any dictionary but the actual war land from real war hero Captain Akhilesh Saxena. After Airport, I was not feeling well. All of my peers were also reflecting brotherhood. Mrs. Shikha and Captain took care of me. I was amazed by dedications of military people. People are living at minus degree temperature and doing great to the country where I cannot travel even for a day. Love and Care of Army officers, they were stood outside till our car moves. This shows humanity. In summary, I captured Discipline, Team Spirit, Care & Love, Accountabilities & Responsibilities and above all Leadership.

It is life time opportunity to interact and learn leadership lessons from a real war hero, Captain Akhilesh Saxena. Experiential learning, a new trend, this idea of training inspired me a lot. Throughout the journey, everything was organised pretty well and we felt like a family. Learning I am taking for my lifetime is Commitment, Discipline, Hospitality, and Concern on People. One of the best life time experience of learning in informal sessions and those discussions were highly connected and inspiring., The chief Guest Capt. Akhilesh Saxena sessions, instructions and his correlation to leadership technique made me completely aware of every aspect of my leadership, my professional journey and identified areas which need improvements.I will try to imbibe bonding in my team and use same level of determination and dedication in our customer service with passion. A big lifetime experience which will transform me as a person and as a leader..

Despite Army personnel’s high-pressure life & busy schedule, the way they greeted, welcomed & supported us was really a heart-warming experience. Their hospitality & kindness have made me realised that no matter in whatever pressure situation you are, if you always smile, be polite, kind & warm, you can still create the high level of positivity in the ecosystem around us.I have experienced and learned that success requires lot of collaboration, communications and coordination during very difficult conditions. Team work, caring for your team and ensuring that they are comfortable will make you a better leader. It was a great experience of being with ” WAR HERO- Captain Akhilesh Saxena” and witness the real- life experience & exposure of leadership qualities.

This was a unique program and an inspiring one. It has built a lot of enthusiasm and motivation amongst the participants. The story of Pathar Sahib showed that a whole man is respected across cultures. (Local people respect this Sikh guru as their holiest/supreme lama) A whole deed died in full honesty and sincerity can value even the most difficult adversaries’ work with you and follow you. Army personnel (officers/ranks) showed discipline humility and respect for others. These trendsmake them earn respect from one and all. This is equally applicable to us as leaders. Great work and the mission of inspires mantras is very noble. Thanks for inviting me to this programme.

Very Inspiring and motivating indeed. It was a harsh climate, we all experienced and felt that every single day is so difficult to survive, but I was awestruck looking at the Army soldiers. It’s not that they can’t get a good livelihood back in their hometowns, yet they sacrifice all the comfort of family to serve the country. This is only because they are “MOTIVATED” for the great cause. This teaches me that if the team is motivated in the right spirit then they can sacrifice everything for a good cause. The sky is the limit if my team is motivated like this. The entire team can achieve great results/targets if given the right motivation. I had a good time and Captain Akhilesh Saxena was great. Good care was taken despite the harsh climate. We all took many learnings from this programme. Great – 5/5.

An unconventional experience post any training/ workshop. In last three days, felt like I live the saga of ‘ Kargil war’, where our war heroes have fulfilled their call of duty even at loss of their lives, Learnt how core value defines, which can face the litmus test of any kind but still, will not fade. Learned to cope up with extensive conditions & gear up to face adversities, giving attitude with all humility and for a bigger cause, Power within which might change rules, serve with a smile, Keep your team spirit high and believe in your core values. Learning even after a tiring journey was do enthusiastic and easy due to very high energy level of Captain Akhilesh and Shikha, which was truly inspiring. As this experience of three days heroic stories which our war heroes lived, became part of my life and will imbibe it to be a better individual who walks the talk.

Coming to Kargil for a purpose of military training from the “War Hero” is something like a dream come true. This tour has given an opportunity of soul searching and looking back at our life, and especially inspiring for the future to give a meaning to balance the year of my life. This has checked our physical, mental and attitude towards becoming a human rather than money making and spending years in four walls of Office/house. From this training, I could realise that only those individuals can make a difference in the organisation/country who understands the ownership of the things in hand. One should be a person who remembers over after the field retirement as human and not as a boss. Taking care of families and engaging for a noble cause is a completely new perspective I got from this tour. How to try to make relevant to people/structure and will give a meaning to this life now.

I had an opportunity to see how Army men live at the extreme ports of Indian Boarders and in extreme weather conditions. Learned various new things from this leadership program like – – How to manage by yourself, How to manage with fewer resources, How to adopt Discipline, Obedience, Communications, Team Spirit and Brotherhood, Work on Strategies. It was a truly inspiring tour for me and I can say that such programs should be planned more.

It was a great experience for me, during the training I felt like that I was present in Kargil war. Each session was good and we learned a lot. The first time we have gone through this type of training. We all are managers here and now after this training, we have become a leader with the core value. We experienced – how the army people are different in their approach. They are always ready to work in any situation and help people without knowing. When we reached, our team member was not well, army soldiers took good care of him. When we had a talk with them, we realized the difficulty level of survival in the terrain of Kargil. The life of people here is too tough but they live here with positive and alternative thinking. It was lifetime learning for me. How the tough train was made easy for all of us by motivating and given proper guidance. Thanks to respected Captain Akhilesh and Shikha madam for giving us this opportunity.
