I had an opportunity to see how Army men live at the extreme ports of Indian Boarders and in
extreme weather conditions. Learned various new things from this leadership program like – – How
to manage by yourself, How to manage with fewer resources, How to adopt Discipline, Obedience,
Communications, Team Spirit and Brotherhood, Work on Strategies. It was a truly inspiring tour for

me and I can say that such programs should be planned more.
